Essendon House

The elaborate ceiling cornices, mouldings, and roses were repaired and reinvigorated, along with the beautiful stained glass windows.

Old leaky timber windows were replaced with new double-glazed glass framed by aluminium outside for durability, timber inside for aesthetics.

Colour-washed in soft green, the main bedroom’s low-lying double-hung heritage windows are north-facing, letting in natural light all day.
